Beach House Guest Bedroom Tour

Over that last few months I have been redecorating my guest bedroom at beach house in partnership my friends from Schlage as they offer custom door hardware and invited me to try it out. With so many combinations of finishes and shapes it’s easy to find a style that works for any space you have in mind. OK, let’s dive in and take a tour of the guest bedroom. This bedroom is quite small and as the beach house is a Cape Cod style it means the upstairs spaces have a sloping dormer roof. I love that it makes the room feel cozy but on the flip side it can also make the space feel small. Decorating with eaves or sloping ceilings can be tricky, so I decided to add color just to one wall in order to prevent the room from feeling too small.
